I’m looking for a part-time lodger, ideally 3-4 nights a week, but I can be flexible.
I keep my flat very clean and tidy, and having someone who is also clean, tidy, and respectful is a priority for me.
The room has just been refurbished. It comes with a large wardrobe, desk, single/double bed. It also has secondary glazing, for extra peace and quiet.
The area is beautiful, close to the canal, lot of parks, and plenty of trendy cafe’s and restaurants.
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with myself, the landlord.
I’m quiet and friendly.
I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who would work from the office.
