We are looking for someone to blend in a shared household, and is caring about everyone's wellbeing in the flat.
Perfect for a professional who appreciates a cosy house, quiet housemates and no issues.

The total number of people living in the house will be maximum 5. We are not experiencing any overcrowded spaces or bathrooms as we have different schedules.

ALL BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX INCLUDED, unlimited internet included (1Gb fiber optic).

=== The bedrooms ===

Lovely double rooms with orthopaedic mattresses, wardrobe, desk and lots of free space in a very beautiful four-bedroom flat. Wooden floor (except for the stairs and the room downstairs).
The rooms are tranquil, two of them have a view of our beautiful garden, so there is no noise disturbing the quiet, apart from the singing birds :) The other ones are facing the front patio; we are within the estate area, so almost no cars/noise.

This is the smallest and cheapest.
Silent and cute, already furnished with a wardrobe and mirror, single bed (it can be changed to double), desk, chair, shelves, blind roll, curtains, lots of space under the bed to store boxes. Window over our back garden! It's a bright room because it faces South. Wooden floor.

Room 2
Not available >>> "Room 2", upstairs:
The biggest room. The wooden door you see in the picture is a big built-in wardrobe. Comes furnished with a desk, an office chair, a mirror, an additional chest of 4 drawers, and a double bed. Window over our private back garden. If these curtains are not enough for you (it's a bright room because it faces South), there is a blind roll too. Additional storage space under the bed. Shelves can be installed if needed. Wooden floor.

Room 3
Not available >>> "Room 3", downstairs:
On the right, behind the door, there's a right-sized storage place. Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a chest of drawers and a long mirror. The floor has some very short carpet. Big window (takes the whole length of the wall) facing our private front patio with bushes. There is a blind roll at the window. Additional storage space in a right-sized box we recently put by the window.

=== The housemates ===

We are happy professionals, eco-friendly, extremely clean (so looking for another clean and tidy person!!!), and very sociable; we speak several languages and have mixed nationalities - this is London! We love travelling, Hi-Tech, and chatting about a vast number of topics. We are quite active also sport-wise: we like climbing, cycling, dancing, swimming, running, pilates...
Sometimes we have guests. We make sure the atmosphere is not hostel-like. It's difficult to describe all the people of the house in a few words, but we are confident with each other, and the environment at home is amiable and relaxed. We sometimes cook together, and we always like eating and chatting together during dinner when there's a chance.
What we are looking for is someone compatible with us to share our flat with, in a friendly way. Let's have a video call to start understanding each other if you are not able to come here in person to visit the flat right now. We generally have good availability for viewings.

Our home is a split-level four-bedroom flat with an independent ground-floor entrance and a big sunny garden with a BBQ.
- Gigabit fibre optic Internet connection, WiFi 6 covering the entire flat & garden.
- All the bed frames have staves and are in great condition. There is space to store your stuff under the bed.
- Every room and toilet has a window.
- Two separate bathrooms: one has WC + sink, the other one has WC + shower + sink;
- Very big and cosy kitchen/living room with a sofa and a big dining table for 6. Fully accessorised with two fridges, a freezer, a big microwave, Thermomix blender, pressure cooker, toaster, bread machine, gas cooker and oven;
- Washing machine and separate tumble dryer (condenser type, with a water reservoir to avoid humidity)
- Very big garden with barbecue, awning, tables, chairs and umbrella.

- 46’’ SONY Bravia LCD screen with Google Chromecast and HDMI connection in the shared living room
