This is an ad for a 2 week sublet for a double room in Old Street/Angel. Zone 1. Sharing with 1 person.

Hello!
I am a young professional, looking to sublet my room. As I will be away for 2 weeks over Easter 2025.

The room & flat:
A double room with furniture.
South facing window so lovely and bright most of the day
Comes furnished with the bed, mattress and wardrobe, work desk

Large living/dining room

1 bathroom with shower, sharing with 1 person.

2 toilets, so no clashes.

Kitchen
Kitted with all amenities,

Situated on a quiet road with not a lot of road traffic

About us:
You’d be sharing with 1 lovely French guy. Aged 30, professional working with software. Doing a mix of WFH/some days in the office.

We are into similar things like gigs, baking, watching tv, painting, reading, plants etc.

We’re quite a chill flat so are looking for someone with a similar vibe. We hang out together etc, but at the same time respect each other’s space (spareroom cliche but true!)

It should go without saying but we are an inclusive and LGBTQI+ friendly flat!

Travel/amenities:
10 min walk to old street tube station
10 min walk to Angel tube station
15 min walk to a big Sainsburys/Iceland/M&S, angel high street

Pretty much anything you could need within a 10 -15 min walk like boots, Argos etc!

The area:
Old street/Angel is a great area and we all really enjoy living here - aside from being well connected (see above!) there are plenty of great brunch spots, restaurants, charity shops and independent shops nearby. Deliveroo also has great options!
We’re a short walk away from green spots like shoreditch park and angel canal .

The details:

Room is available from the 13th of April for 2 weeks.

£600 pounds for the the total 14 days, includes everything.
