Hi everyone, I am looking for a flatmate to rent a fully furnished bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Kings Cross as my current flatmate is finishing school. The room is available from August 15th ideally for at least a year. Rent is £1200 per month (excluding bills). Bills including council tax range 100-200 per person depending on the time of year. * Please note: The flat already has a cat named Ellie. She’s really shy, and you don't have to let her in your room if you don't want to.

* I work 9-5 and go to the office 2-3 times a week
* Clean, quiet, and respectful
* Non-smoker, and looking for someone similar
