I am leaving my beautiful room available in a large maisonette in delightful De Beauvoir Town, near Dalston.

The maisonette is super spacious with a beautiful garden (so perfect for life under lockdown). There's also an extra bedroom used as a spare room in case anyone has a guest over.

The available room has doors that open onto the garden, offering a very peaceful sanctuary to sleep and plenty of space if you need to work from home.

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. For small cost, I can leave my desk and/or chair if required.

The rest of the flat is nicely decorated and has an amazing common kitchen/living room/dining room, with access to a balcony and lush private garden.

You'll be sharing the house with Tracy (32) Female, a service designer for social impact company and Joris (40), l male, who works in renewable energy finance (not a couple). N. B. Joris has a bedroom and bathroom in a separate building at the end of the garden.

I am flexible on move date, anything from 7th October to 7th November.
