I'm subletting my room for February and March, in a flat in the heart of Shoreditch!

About the flat:
It's on Curtain Road, (right in the Shoreditch triangle as they say), 5-10mn walk to Old Street station and 10-15mn walk to Liverpool Street Station.

It's a 2 storey flat on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building:
-On the 1st floor is Maxime's room,
-On the 2nd floor is the kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary), open plan onto a big living room, then the rented room and the bathroom (which is more or less the room's, as the other room is ensuite).

The room is quite big and fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers... And a desk for those who work from home! Next to the room is a bathroom with shower. It's not an ensuite, but since the other room is, this bathroom basically works as if it was yours!

Kitchen fully furnished, and living room quite big with dining table, sofas and TV. Good Netflix night guaranteed!!

You would be sharing the flat with Maxime, really cool French guy working in Hospitality (Remember? Restaurants, bars and all this!).

The rent is £740, including everything.
As you can imagine, this is only a fraction of the normal rent as I'm not trying to make money here, just to cover my losses while I'm away! ;-)
