We’re looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to join our 3 bed flat!

The room is bright and cosy, furnished with double bed, bedside table and clothes rack. It can fit a small desk but not included so you would have to bring your own. Rent is £759 per month, and bills are roughly £60 each month.

We have a spacious living room, good sized kitchen and a small balcony. We like to make this a nice, tidy living space where we can all chill and hang out together.

We’re Sophie and Izzy (both 24), we both do charity and environmental work and work mostly from home, potentially going into the office more in future.

We are looking for someone to be not just a flatmate but a friend so we’d love to find someone we get along with really well, and who will be happy here!

We love yoga, a good netflix series and heading out for a boogie ✨

During the week because of work we’re more chill but still like hanging out together (pub quiz, dinners, watching a movie). It’s important to us that we find someone who’s also chill Mon-Fri and respectful of our work schedules.

On the weekend we like heading out together for nights out in Hackney, bars in Shoreditch etc. and having friends over. We love a balance of doing stuff together but also like doing our own thing.
