Two friendly, international and easy-going flat mates are looking for a female to share our lovely flat in-between Highbury and Islington/Caledonian Rd/Kings Cross/Angel and Camden.

It’s a 3-bedroom flat and we are looking for someone long term. We have a great landlord that is very flexible, helpful and fix things quickly if need be.

A Bright and large double bedroom (3.85x3.1m) is available in a clean and tidy flat. The room is available next week and fully furnished.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. There is no separate lounge but a very large open plan kitchen/dining room with a table and sofa and all the kitchen utensils, washing machine etc. There is also a small room with some storage space for suitcases.

The bathroom has fairly recently been renovated. The kitchen also got new cupboards. It has a great shower and bath. The toilet is separate which is very beneficial at times!! :-) The combi boiler makes sure there is always hot water and no waiting time for it to heat up! The property is part of an ex-council group of buildings with a secure entry system with access to only 5 flats. We are on the top - 2nd floor.

There are great transport links – overground, tube and numerous buses are all very close.
Highbury & Islington, Angel, Camden, Kings Cross and Holloway is all within 10-15 mins walk away.
If you have a bicycle there is a safe storage garage. It’s a very safe area with a number of shops, take-aways, a post office and supermarkets nearby. An organic shop, Asian, DIY and also all the big name ones - Sainsburys, Tesco, Co-Op, Iceland… Waitrose is either a short walk or bus ride away
