Just signed the contract and looking for a flatmate to make this our home!

It's located on the top floor in a building on Shoreditch High Street.

Shops, restaurants, bars at your doorstep and at a walking distance from:

- Shoreditch High Street station (5 minutes)
- Old Street station (10 minutes)
- Bus stop at building entrance
- Liverpool street station (10 minutes)

A little bit about me:
I am Xenia, a 31 year old Greek Cypriot working in sales and in the office 2-3 times per week. I enjoy travelling and socialising but also respect my flatmates' personal space. Looking for a flatmate as my friends are either moving abroad or with a partner.

About the flat:
The flat has 2 big double bedrooms for London standards. Room can easily fit a home office set up, even a sofa. There is a lot of storage space with build in closets in every room. It is really bright with skylight widows. Newly renovated with double glazing, on the top floor and the rooms are not facing the high street so it's quiet. My bedroom will be the ensuite and there is another bathroom in the flat which will be entirely yours, so 2 bathrooms in total. There is an open plan kitchen and living room. The terrace would be great for bbqs in the summer months!
