Hi, We are two freshly graduated students from City Unviersity and King's College. We have lived in this flat for the last year and are looking for a third flatmate to replace our friend who has moved out. It is a small flat with no living room, but our kitchen is fairly big with a dining table and chairs that serves as our communal space. There is also access to a small balcony. Since we have lived here for a year, the kitchen and bathroom are both fully equipped with all household and cleaning utilities (washing machine, toaster, microwave, vaccuum cleaner, etc.). The room itself has a double bed, a desk and chair with a nice view of the city skyline, and cupbaords and two wardrobes. The location is a 10 minute walk from both Farringdon Station (Elizabeth, Hammersmith&City, Circle, Metropolitan lines) and Angel Station (Northern line). There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby with Exmouth Market and Chapel Market at walking distance. We are looking specifically for a female flatmate since there is one shared bathroom. Not looking for anything in particular except someone that is generally tidy and thoughtful, would like if we could be friends! We love cooking, watching shows and occasionally going out together.
