Definitely a home and not just a place to stay - looking for a respectful, friendly postgrad flatmate, preferably female. Not a party flat! Rent is £325 a week excluding bills. There are 2 wardrobes, a super-comfy bed, and a desk. The flat is beautifully furnished, and the room is large and bright. It's 5 mins from a large Waitrose in the Brunswick Centre, and 2 mins walk from St Pancras. Bills are approx an additional £40-45 per week on top of the rent (subject to fluctuating energy costs). Non-smokers only, please, and no couples, sorry. Please note that although it says live-in landlord, I am working abroad. 6 week deposit required. Whatsapp me!
