I have 1 room for rent in highbury and Islington just off Essex road. quiet area with all amenities just few minutes walk. Shoreditch and Dalston is about 15 and 25 minutes walk away. transportation link is very good. angel station is about 15 minutes walk as well. if you like taking bus then you can catch 73 and 38 to oxford street within 3 mins walk. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, cabinet, couch and coffee table. There is small built in wardrobe. All bills included in rent. New flatmate will have access to the living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay at least three months.
