I am looking for a professional to rent my spare room on a Monday to Friday basis. The flat is a lovely 2 bedroom garden flat on a prestigious street in De Beauvoir Town.
The flat is located with easy access to the city and west end (City is walking distance although their are plenty of buses which takes around 10 / 15 mins)
Close to Shoreditch / Dalston / Old Street Angel and Highbury.
I'm a pretty busy person so tend to be out of the flat a lot and work long hours so you'll have plenty of time to have the place to your self.
Close to Sainsbury's / Tesco / local Deli and some lovely pubs and restaurants close by.
I'm tidy and clean and easy to live with. Looking for someone similar.
