Hey there!

I am looking for a kind and clean person to move in with my 3 wonderful flatmates since I am leaving London.

They are super kind, fun to hang out with and respectful of each other's personal spaces. We occasionally enjoy cooking or going out together. I have genuinely appreciated living with them.

The flat is located in Zone 1 (Postcode EC1N). The rent is 620£ (plus internet 7.5£, water+electricity ca. 20£, gas is paid every 3 months, ca. 40£).
