Our housemate is sadly moving out and so we have a spacious double bedroom available in our beautiful Victorian house in De Beauvoir with a huge garden perfect for summer.

The room is on the first floor facing the front of the house, with a lot of natural light. The house is a huge 3 floor townhouse, with 2 toilets, 2 showers, kitchen, living room and HUGE garden so it’s an awesome place! It does come unfurnished (housemate leaving would be wiling to sell desk and some other things) We are located in De Beauvoir Town, about 5 minutes from Haggerston station walking and in the middle of a bunch of great coffee places and pubs.

The rent is £904 per month + bills (around £100-150 on top) with 5 weeks deposit required.

We are two professionals, James (British) and Cleo (Dutch) both 27 looking for someone likeminded to join the house. We enjoy the usual going to the pub, seeing friends, music, films, trash tv, sports, drinking too much and travelling. We are partial to a glass of wine or five together watching TV or going to the pub if we're all in the house.
Both of us work a mixture of at home and at the office during the week.

Ideally looking for someone we'd like to have a drink with and can get into some MAFS or Real Housewives with us.
Late 20s (at heart is fine) who is easygoing, sociable and looking for a place to call home. LGBTQ+ friendly
