I am looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in De Beauvoir Town for a month whilst I'm away. This would be suitable for someone looking for a temporary space in London or in between homes. One man and one woman working in film and tech. We're a clean, friendly and cosy home and deeply respect our shared spaces. We are looking for someone calm, clean and friendly.
The flat is stretched over 2 floors and full of light. We only have a kitchen as our communal space but have desks in all our rooms.
The area is very quiet and residential. Parks, pubs, good food, bakery, pharmacy...everything in close proximity. 10mins walk to Haggerston Overground station or Essex Road Station. 5mins walk to the canal. 5mins cycle to Dalston.
Rent for this time is £795 (incl. bills).
Women preferred.
