Hi there,

I’m subletting my room in Hoxton / Old Street for four weeks from 24 April to 24 May. The room is furnished with a double bed, storage units, and a desk with screen, ideal if you work from home occasionally.

The flat has a spacious living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. You’ll be sharing with two lovely flatmates (both queer males), who are working professionals and typically work from home 2-3 days a week. They’re laid-back, and we often enjoy relaxing and chatting in the evenings.

Location:

• 10 minutes’ walk to Old Street station
• 15 minutes’ walk to Hoxton station
• Bus links just 3 minutes away
• 15 minutes to the canal, great for runners and walkers

If you’re interested please feel free to message me to arrange a viewing. Looking forward to hearing from you!
