I’m away for summer and plan to sublet my room in Hoxton, it’s a single room with a single bed.
There’s no bed frame, just a mattress on the floor but it’s very comfortable.
There’s a kitchen but no living room and two balconies you can access by the window. We are on the 16th floor so have an amazing view of London
I will move all my things from the room but leave the plants. Located in a fun active area of Hackney, lovely flatmates but overall a quiet household

Happy to negotiate monthly rent prices and also move in/move out dates
