My current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to fill in her room.

The room and flat 🏡:
Small double including furniture . Just outside the bedroom is a storage space that can be used as a closet just for you (current flatmate has stackable drawers, but can also include a clothing rack instead). The main bathroom is huge and would also be yours, as I have a small en-suite.
Excellent location near Hoxton overground and Old Street Station. Lots of shops around. Curzon cinema across the road and shoreditch park 5mns away. Short walk to the city.

The flat is a 2bed 2bath with a large balcony that’s lovely in the summer. Open plan kitchen. Im also planning to invest in a few replacement bits to the original furniture in the living room to make the flat cosier. There’s also a second storage room which is shared and is used to store luggage and other household bits. Building includes an elevator & bike storage.

Who I’m looking for:
- Someone that really values a very clean and tidy household and participates in keeping it that way. This is a must.

- Someone Looking for a calm place. I work in consulting which can be quite demanding, so I value a quiet place to sleep and wake up to. This is definitely not a party flat but the occasional dinner party and friends always welcome!

- Someone that works most days from the office. The room is small and likely won’t fit a desk. We tried having a work setup in the living room but it took a lot of the space/comfort and some evenings were disruptive. But for the day or so a week working from the living room is fine and could even get a foldaway desk to remove when not being used.

Rent and Bills:
Rent is 1230. Bills come around to 160 pp per month (82 council tax, 20 water, 15 fiber wifi, around 45 for gas & electricity). Note that energy bill is an average based on low usage as my flatmate and I are often away several days a week.
Contract is up for renewal in September, so you could stay the 4 months or extend .
