Double bed available for sublet from 12th July - 17th July, in this beautiful and quiet 2-bedroom apartment in De Beauvoir. Postcode is N1 5ER. It's 2 mins from the Haggerston station. You would be staying with a 35 year Female Professional, working from office 4 days a week. It is not a party house.

£250 for the full 5 nights period including bills, proportionately less for lesser nights stay. Ideally no less than 3 nights minimum. We can consider a more than 5 nights so please message about this.

About the flat and room:
I moved into this flat at the start of this year and absolutely love living here. It's right by Haggerston overground station and plenty of bus connections. Loads and loads of cool cafes, bars and restaurants around here. The flat is fully furnished and also has a fully equipped kitchen. The flat gets a lot of sun during the day which is quite nice too!
The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedding, and I would be happy to provide towels.
