Hello everyone, Sam and myself (Billy) are looking for a new housemate in Islington from November. We live on Caledonian Road in a spacious 3-bed/3-bathroom flat. We're walking distance from Cally Road overground & underground as well as Kings Cross station.

The room on offer comes with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as en-suite! Rent is £1175 / month and bills come out at approx. £150.
