I’m sadly leaving this lovely flat, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a cosy two-person flat in the Highbury & Islington / Canonbury area.

The bedroom is a spacious double with a king-size bed, extensive built-in storage and a desk, making it a great option if you work from home. There’s also a separate lounge room, so you have a proper shared living space outside the bedroom.

* The flat backs onto a beautiful park, so it’s peaceful and leafy despite being so central

The flat has a dishwasher, oven, Smeg fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, and excellent hot water and shower pressure (plus a shower filter!).

There is one bathroom shared between the two of you.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly female housemate and her very sweet indoor cat, Cappuccino 🐱. Cappuccino is very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be genuinely happy living with a cat.

We’re looking for someone who is independent, clean and tidy, and who wants a comfortable, peaceful home.
