Hello! I'm going away for the summer and am subletting my room in De Beauvoir.

Ideally I am looking for 2 separate subletters for

1 July - beginning of Aug
mid Aug - end of Sept

At the moment I am prioritising July - Aug.

The room is a lovely south facing room on the top floor of a 4/5 person house which means you are tucked away from the rest of the house.

We have a living room, separate kitchen + basement living room and a huge garden, as well as 2 bathrooms/4 toilets.

We're all working so looking for someone who is fairly lowkey during the week. We are all quite close to spend a lot of time together in the house cooking eating watching movies etc. but no pressure for this person to take part if they don't want to.
