This is a small double or nicely sized single bedroom available immediately. Top floor of a house share with 3 other lovely/friendly guests. Shared kitchen and bathroom with 1 x other guest. Very modern and clean. We renovated this property in August 2025, so everything is pretty much brand new. Please do not contact us if you cannot promise you are a clean/tidy/respectful person. It’s more like a family home. Everyone works and no parties etc allowed.
ID and deposit are both required before moving in. Viewings suggested as the room is smaller than a ‘normal’ double but still comfortable and homely and it’s also top floor so please bear that in mind.
