I am Jon working in EdTech sector as a tech delivery manager, looking for a flatmate in a two bedroom flat. I am a sociable person, like to have a drink occasionally.

The rent is 1200 for the month incl the bills approx.

The house is a beautiful Victorian house with the dishwasher and other amenities available. It’s a decent size, has a separate kitchen and has a nice living room. Very close to Northcote rote and 3 mins away from a Tesco as well. It has everything you need. I take the train from Clapham Junction station which is 11 mins walk from the house. There are also buses going to Clapham Common station every 2-3 mins so you have access to Northern line as well.
