Unfortunately our flat mate is moving out with his girlfriend so we’re looking to fill this great room in Battersea. This room is phenomenal when considering location, price & best of all great housemates.

The room is the smallest bedroom in the house, with space for a double bed 🛏️, a small work from home set up 🖥️ + wardrobe and chest of draws across the hall. The room looks over the communal green space at the back of the property so very little road noise!

The house is inbetween Battersea Park (5 min walk) & Clapham Junction Station (8 min walk). We host a shared living space for various activities including a wine/pint or two, Mario kart & watching our football teams or a movie.

The housemates are 1x 26 year old insurance broker (UK), 1x Works in sustainability(UK) and 1x marketing professional (UK). The vibe in the house is a brilliant mix between social, activities and quiet when need be.

The house has 2x toilets and 1x shower shared between all, a lovely sunny balcony (in the summer) and flat communal green spaces front and back 🌿. A brand new kitchen has just been fitted too!

Rent comes to £730 per month with bills an additional £85 (also covers communal items in the flat).
