Hello,

We have with immediate availability a double-bed room in a house for 5 in Clapham Old Town, right next to Clapham Common station. Very social area, full of pubs and has the common nearby. The other 4 guys you’d be living with are all between 25-26 years old, all working professionals. We’re a social house, enjoy going to the pub together, all into various sports.

The rent for my room is currently £1155 per month, though this will raise to £1195 in June. We have the place until June 2027.

Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. My room would be unfurnished, however, I have left the bed and mattress.
