A comfortable double room is available in a well-located two-bedroom flat, just a few minutes’ walk from Clapham Common station, shops, supermarkets, cafés and other local amenities.

I’m moving for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The move-in date is flexible, and the room is available now.

You’ll share the flat with one other person and their friendly dog. The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The living room has a large TV. The kitchen includes a new cooker and fridge, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. All appliances are in working order.

The room comes with a bed and a new mattress. The desk, chair, two bedside cabinets, lamps and rugs are mine, but I’d be happy to discuss selling them to the new tenant.
