We’re looking for a new housemate to join our spacious four-bedroom house on Abbeville Road from 1 December.

The room 🛏️
A good-sized double on the first floor, measuring approximately 13.4sqm, with a bed, desk and cupboard space. The first-floor bathroom is just along the landing.

The house 🏡
There’s plenty of space to spread out, with two adjoining reception rooms used as a lounge and dining room, a large separate kitchen and a utility room. The lounge has comfy sofas, a TV and a lovely feature fireplace. There are two bathrooms, plus a separate WC.

We also have a large garden with a barbecue, that has certainly been getting used this summer.

The location 📍
Abbeville Village’s cafés, shops, restaurants and pubs are nearby, and Clapham Common is within easy reach for walks, runs and spending time outside. We have friends living locally and really enjoy being part of the area.

The housemates 👋
You’ll be living with Ted, Rhys and Anish, three working professionals aged 25–26.

The boys have been friends since school and are easy-going and considerate. They’re in the office most days, but enjoy spending time together when everyone’s home and heading out to the local pubs and restaurants. They’re keen to welcome someone new who’ll feel part of the household. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and up for spending time together, while respecting everyone’s own space and routines.
