Looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in a gorgeous 4 bed flat!

The flat itself is very large and bright, and comes fully furnished with a large balcony, table& chairs and a bbq. There is one large family bathroom and a separate toilet.

- Clapham Common 2 mins (at the end of the road!)
- Clapham junction station 10 minutes
- Clapham Common station 20 minutes

You will be living with Jess, Dan and Henry (23-26) until October - then with 2 new tenants when Dan and Henry move out. Jess works in consulting, Dan in finance and Henry in sales. We enjoy flat dinners, runs, pub trips and watching films for a cosy night in.

Rent is £1050pcm - plus bills which come to around £70-100pcm. Deposit is around £1500

Looking for someone who is a similar vibe and wants to join a social flat long term. I’ve loved living here! Only moving to be closer to my new job.
