Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take a short-term room in the flat I rent.

My partner will be moving in in around 6 months, so this is a temporary setup. Because it’s short term, I’m covering more than half of the total rent myself — I’m mainly looking for someone reliable to help cover part of the rent until then, rather than a long-term let.

The room is available from 21st February (or 20th if you’re able to move in during the afternoon).

The flat is large and spacious, and the room itself is a good size, with enough space to work from home if needed. The decor has also been updated since the photos were taken before I moved in (~5 years ago)

Rent: £950 per month
Bills: £170 all-in (utilities & tv license & cleaner)
