We’re sadly saying goodbye to our flatmate who’s heading off to Mexico, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home near Clapham Junction.

You’ll be living with Daniela and Joe (English, 25) and Bryn (Canadian, 26). We’re a relaxed and friendly house who enjoy spending time together watching films, going for walks or pub nights.

We’re ideally looking for a girl in the similar age range that is sociable, tidy, and keen on doing things with our flat. Someone that that wants to be friends with us not just a housemate!

You’d be sharing the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one shower), and a small backyard bit. Bills come around to £80 each month, including energy, water, council tax, and internet.

The flat is in a really good location. Lidl and Asda are about a 5 minute walk away, Northcote Road is around 10 minutes and Clapham Junction station 9 minutes away. The nearest tube is Clapham Common (about a 10-minute bus ride).

It’s also a 15 minute walk to Battersea park and a 10 month walk to Clapham Common.

The room up for grabs has a double bed with storage, a chest of drawers, and window.

We’re looking to do viewings and find someone ASAP. Move in would be May 1.
