A furnished double room, just a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common and 7 minutes from Clapham South tube station.

We are a 20 minute walk from 2 large Sainsbury's, a large Waitrose, and 7 minutes away from a big Tesco which is in front of the tube Station.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from the quaint Abbeville Village which has cafés, restaurants, a pub, a butcher, green grocers, fish monger, cheese monger as well as many other stores.

There is a shared living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies as well as a shared garden round the back. In front of the house there is off road parking if you need it.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table and chairs.
Bills are not included and come to £136 per calendar month and may change over time and I shall advise accordingly. For more information on bills, do not hesitate to ask.

Currently living in the flat is myself, Olympia (32) and my partner Elliott (32). We like to relax with a drink on the balcony and listen to music, cook and watch movies. We are looking for someone who is up for a chat, clean and tidy as well as respectful of everyone and their space.
