The room is located within a spacious ground-floor Victorian flat, around a 10-minute walk from Clapham Common station.

The flat has lots of character, with high ceilings, large rooms and plenty of natural light, while still having the convenience of being on the ground floor.

The room available is a good-sized double with plenty of space for a bed, wardrobe and desk. It also has double glazed windows and gets very little noise from outside.

Location:
The flat is in a great location for enjoying the Clapham area Clapham Common station is roughly a 10-minute walk away, with Clapham High Street, Clapham North and also Brixton a close walk away.

Myself:
The flat is shared with just me; I’m a professional and work in my office three days a week normally. I'm pretty chilled and considerate of others I'm living with. I'd love to have a drink or dinner together from time to time, but also happy for us to do our own thing as well!
