Looking for a couple to take over our tenancy in a 6 person shared 3 storey house in Brixton.

AREA
The house is halfway (10 mins walk each) between Brixton (Victoria) and Clapham North (Northern) tube stations with good bus links.

Amenities are great - big Tesco and Lidl within 5 mins walk, some of the best local pubs in south London and everything else that Brixton has to offer, as well as being a stone's throw from Clapham.

ROOM/HOUSE
A good sized double bedroom. Furnished: bed & mattress, 3x chest of drawers, 2x bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, walled shelves and mini drawer unit). Shared areas are: kitchen/dining room, livingroom, 1 main bathroom, 1 extra shower room, 1 extra toilet and garden.

The other tenants are a mix of creative people (actors, artists, musicians). There's a good balance of friendly kitchen chats and privacy. Not a big party house, so we're looking for a couple that are chill and friendly.

Council tax included in rent, extra bills would be Water, Energy & Wi-Fi. (on average £60pcm total for each tenant)
