The bedroom is light and welcoming, with an extremely comfortable bed and plenty of space to settle in.

The flat has been lovingly and creatively put together, filled with artwork, plants and lots of natural light. There’s a spacious shared living room and shared balcony, and the overall feel is peaceful, relaxed and full of character.

You’ll be sharing with Chloe, 35, who is Canadian. She’s incredibly warm, friendly and easy-going, while also being respectful of other people’s space. She loves cooking and yoga and really cares about creating a lovely place to live.

It would be great to find someone with a similar outlook, friendly, considerate, clean and tidy, who enjoys the occasional chat or dinner together, while also being happy doing their own thing and having their own space.

£1,100 + £150pcm bills which includes a fortnightly cleaner.

The flat is currently on the market for sale, so there may occasionally be a viewing. However, it has been on the market for several months with very few viewings, and we expect the sale to be a slow process. There will be at least three months’ notice.
