This is a short-term arrangement dependent on sale of property. The property has yet to go to market so it is possible that the lodging term could be up to six months - maybe more and potentially less.

Offering a spacious, furnished double room in a comfortable owner-occupied second-floor flat in Clapham Park (between Balham and Clapham South).

Since the flat is currently being prepared for sale, furnishings are intentionally fairly minimal, but everything is clean, comfortable and functional. This is a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.

There are two balconies - one is netted and cat friendly. Leafy outlook with communal garden.

As I’m in the process of relocating for study, you’ll often find you have the flat largely to yourself, although I will retain use of the property and return from time to time.
