I'm looking for a new flatmate share this lovely flat in Balham. Room is a double with a new double bed and lots of built in wardrobe space. Flat is very spacious and has a separate living room at the front of the property and kitchen at the back as well as benefitting from a garden which is lovely to sit out it in summer . Walking distance to Balham station and high street (approx 12 min walk) and a lovely safe road. Looking for a female professional to share with who is clean and tidy, likes their own space but also to hang out.
I am 27, work in law in the city (usually wfh 2 days a week) and enjoy the pub, gym, running. Rent is £1200. Bills are additional and usually approximately £200 per month.
