Big south facing double room in a beautiful house with garden in Balham.

5mins away from high street, bus and train stations. SW12 8QP.

I lived here for two and half years with two housemates - but my job is ending in May and I’m moving out of the country, so finding my replacement.

Beautiful house and beautiful neighborhood - and good landlord and decent rent. Utilities often around £150.

3bed, 1.5 baths. 2 rooms are big size (including this one) and there’s one small room in the house. 1 full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

I worked with the UN in sustainability and finance space and worked mostly from home. My two housemates work from office all week.

One works in Advertising and the other works for a vegan skin care company. We are easy going people, have our routines but often sit together and chat in the evening in the lounge.

We like to keep the house clean and looking for a person who is also clean, easy going, friendly, and respectful.

The room is quite big and has really nice amount of sunlight coming in - and has nice views from the window. The garden also provides a good space to sit and relax in fresh air.

Move in date is preferred for June 01 - but slightly flexible and willing to have a conversation. Our lease renews November of each year, so the person will have to stay till October at least - and we would prefer someone who is also willing to renew/continue the lease to next year as well.
