This large bedroom is very recently decorated and has 1 large wardrobe and a chest of drawers so plenty of clothes space. The bed is comfy. Very nice vibe room.
The flat is in a great area and is nicely done, warm and modern with Victorian features. The shared living kitchen is bright, cosy and modern. The bathroom is also updated. The private patio garden is also a bonus! Its gets sun all day until 3-4pm. We are 2 women already and I am looking for a compatible female to rent this room to and complete the good vibes here! Total 3 people sharing.
It’s short walk to Clapham South tube and 1 min to the green Common and the convenient Abbeville village for shops with restaurants etc.
I’m a documentary producer and very into the arts, music and healing modalities. Looking for a relaxed, tidy, respectful, easy going flatmate (no pets unfortunately). If we have mutual interests all the better.
