The living room and bedroom are good sizes and fully functional. The available bedroom is fully furnished with a pocket-sprung mattress, desk, and plenty of storage. Good broadband throughout.

Rent is £675 a month, which includes bills. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and an open to discussing a cleaner when social distancing allows!

I’m a journalist, and am currently working part of the week from home, however there is plenty of space to spread out.

I have family and friends close by so in normal times am often out and enjoy cycling, the outdoors and eating out.

The flat is not available for the very long term, as the owner (a friend of mine) would eventually like to sell, however it will be available for at least three months and likely much longer. This is reflected in the price, which includes all bills.
