You will be sharing with 4 young professionals (3 guys and 1 girls) who are tidy, friendly and sociable. We spend most evenings hanging out in the living room watching TV together. We have a patio area and small garden with BBQ which is great in the summer. The room is located on the first floor and shares a bathroom with 2 others.

We're in a great location, just 2 mins walking from Balham station (Northern & Overground) and from all the amazing bars, shops and restaurants that area has to offer.

Kitchen has all the usual - washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven etc!

Ideally looking for another girl aged between 23-28 who will be a good fit for the house.

All bills including council tax, wifi, water, electricity and fortnightly cleaner come to around £75 each month.
