It’s in a safe, quiet area and the neighbours are very friendly. The house is a 4 bedroom terrace house with lots of natural light and has an open plan kitchen living room area. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bath.

Currently living here are three girls, all lovely who I have known for years. I have been living in the property for the last two years.

The bedroom has a double bed, with 2 built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The room gets the sun in the morning and the house is nice and light.

It has good transport links - it's a short walk to Clapham Common Underground - under ten mins. You can walk to the overground Wandsworth Road in about five minutes. You can also walk to Clapham Juntion or Battersea Power Station in 20 mins.

Parks - Battersea Park/the Thames is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk. Clapham common is about a five to ten minute walk.

The rent is £800per month (Not including: council tax, wifi, water, gas & electricity bills. These are split between the house and average around £100 a month).
