Double room in furnished 3 bedroom flat in Clapham. One shared bathroom (toilet separate from shower).

3 flatmates (2 male, 1 female) - all from South Africa, looking for someone chilled and easy to get along with. All of us work from home most days, but go into the office occasionally. We like to hangout together in the evenings during the week and watch series and we usually go for drinks together on the weekend (especially during rugby season).

We have a cat who is very friendly, but needs to stay indoors. He likes to wander around the flat and come in and out of rooms during the day.

Total rent = £748/ calendar month (including council tax). No deposit.
