Hey there,

I am currently moving out of my ensuite room in Clapham and looking for someone to take my place. Very sad to be leaving the area but I'm moving up to North London to be closer to my office. The housemate you'll be sharing with is an Irish male in his early 30s. Super mellow guy and very easy to get on with.

The commute:
The location is a 3 minute walk away from Northcote road (In my opinion - one of the best roads in London) which has a ton of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Between Clapham South (Northern Line) and Clapham Junction (Overground and trains) but there's also a bus stop right down the road so loads of options and very well connected.

The Bills: (not included in rent):

The Amenities:
All the usual stuff really - Washing Machine and Dryer, Dishwasher, Hob, Fridge, etc

About the flatmate:
Eoin works as a game developer. He's into classic films, blues music, video games and exploring new cuisines.
He is currently on the hunt for a decent pint of Guinness in London and can recommend (what he thinks) is the best place for coffee in the neighbourhood.

Eligibility criteria:
Unfortunately, the below is a requirement from the landlord and letting agents (However, you can work around this if you have a UK guarantor)
- Your annual salary needs to be at least above £38,000 to pass referencing
- No pets
- No couples
- Long term let

Move in date:
Ideally 15th May but if it's a few days before or after, we can work something out :)
