*double room available Clapham £850pcm inclusive of bills* 6 minute walk from Clapham South underground station.

My housemate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone to take their room. It’s a lovely spacious double which is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, two bedside table, a desk/dresser and sofa. Please see pics.

Property doesn’t have a lounge (which is sadly a bit typical for London), but has a generously sized bathroom and kitchen. Bills are all inclusive - what a steal. We are sensible with electric etc just so that £850pcm figure doesn’t go up lol, but the flat is nice and toasty in winter!
It would be for a 6 month let initially which will hopefully be extended following, and it’s available from 18th April.
Deposit: 1 month rent, rent is due 5th of each month.

It’s a really chill house, there isn’t a pressure to socialise but it’s nice to have a friendship with who you’re sharing with ☺️ it would be cool to have someone that every now and doesn’t mind hanging out. I’m just looking for someone clean and friendly really!

The flat is on the top floor, meaning there’s 4 flights of stairs and no lift - I think it’s important to mention for anyone who has mobility issues x

About me (your housemate):
I’m Elle, 26, I work in construction project management 4 days a week, and study for my MSc at SOAS 1x day a week. When I’m not doing those things I’m being a cosy girl. I’m super chill, and love cooking, film, travelling (all of the good stuff) and just having a good laugh.
I clean up after myself and of course expect that in return. Once a month we rotate a deeper clean (mopping, dusting) of communal areas which is a small commitment.

This is a LGBTQ+ friendly house (of course!)

It’s a really peaceful place, I really love this flat which has become a real sanctuary and my home. I would like it to feel like that to someone else too!
