We're looking for a new flatmate for our place in Clapham. You'll be living with an Aussie couple (Rachel and Adam) and a Brit (Sarah) who all work a mix from home and the office. It's a chill household - we all get along, have a chat at home, occasionally share a beverage or two, but also give each other plenty of space. We have great neighbours too, which is a huge plus.

About the place - ground floor has communal spaces with the living room and kitchen, plus a beautiful green garden out the back. The room has great afternoon light, big built-in wardrobes, and you'd only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

Short walk to Clapham Common or Clapham South, bus stop right out front to Brixton, and a Saino's Local a couple minutes' walk away.

Minimum stay 2 months, open to a 12 month lease, move in ASAP (ie. now!), council tax band E. Please share a bit about yourself and when you'd be available to swing by for a viewing!
