Sadly my housemate is moving out, so her room is up for grabs in our 2 bed flat!

We live in a block of flats 4 minute walk from Clapham North station, with a parking space and a big communal garden out the back. The flat is just off Clapham High Street and 10 minutes walk from Clapham Common so it's an ideal area to live. The flat is split across two floors with the bedrooms at the bottom then kitchen/living room on the top floor.

The room itself is a bit smaller than usual, but fits a bed and a side cabinet, as well as 3 long shelves on the wall. You also have your own cupboard adjacent to the room which has ample space and a clothing rail which she uses as a wardrobe.

The living room is huge and open plan with lovely big double glazed windows with a big kitchen at the back.

The rent is £875 and bills usually come to around £150
a month.

About me - l’m 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳ó %81£󠁴󠁿, 25, work in civil service, wfh 1/2 days a week and go into Westminster the rest of the time. I love going out and socialising at weekends but enjoy my down time in the week watching TV and catching up with my housemate so would love someone to move in who wants to treat this like their home.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t wfh all the time, is tidy and chill during the week, but also likes to have a laugh, go out and have fun (esp at weekends)
