Temporary Sublet – Double Room in Brixton

I’m looking for a friendly, sociable housemate to sublet my spare double room in my modern flat in Brixton for a temporary period from 29/03/2026 to 21/06/2026. Dates are flexible. We are then moving and would be looking for a new flat mate for the new place. So might be a possibility to move with us. The room comes with its own bathroom and an ottoman bed with storage.

I’m a busy professional and live with my boyfriend, as well as my cat, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly. The flat has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I’m sociable and enjoy a good chat, but I also respect personal space and a healthy work–life balance.

I work Monday to Friday, so the flat is generally calm during the week. The household is LGBTQ+ friendly and open-minded.

Interests: gym, walking, dancing, friends, work, concerts, holidays, events, days out, and enjoying life.
