Our lovely housemate is sadly moving back to Australia, so we’re looking for someone new to join our 3-bed flat in Balham.
The flat
The flat is a spacious, fully furnished three-bed terrace with a private garden. The available bedroom is a small double, but you’ll also have exclusive use of the office room, perfect for WFH or extra storage. The pictures of the room are about a year old, but we’ll update them as soon as we’re back from our trip together!!
We’re in a great location: just an 8-minute walk to Balham tube and train station, under 10 minutes to Balham High Street (with bars, restaurants and 3 supermarkets: Aldi, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s), and only 5 minutes from Tooting Common. The landlord is fantastic and very responsive.
Rent & bills
• Rent: £867 per month
• Wandsworth Council Tax - Band D
• Bills: approx. £100/month (lower in summer as we use less heating)
About us
You’ll be sharing with two 28-year-old professionals (Naomi and Katie), both working full-time with a hybrid setup (3 days WFH). We’re clean, considerate, and sociable, into fitness, good food, travel, and exploring new spots around London.
We’d love to find a friendly, sociable and like-minded female flatmate of a similar age who fits our vibe.
Details
• Move-in date: 5th April (Easter Sunday)
• Deposit: One month’s rent
• References: Previous landlord and employer required
We’re doing viewings on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th February, so please get in touch with a bit about yourself if you’d like to come by and meet us :)
